For young adults and families who are looking to make an immediate support and lasting change in their emotional health and personal development, I am here for you.

Utilizing proven methodologies in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and functional neuroscience, our sessions are a collaborative and lasting approach to talk therapy. We work together to address both physical symptoms and emotional habits that are preventing healthy relationships with parents and peers. We help create positive and productive behavioral patterns in order to heal past trauma and fortify personal growth. We put special focus on building resilience in young adults, as well as healthy coping skills in order to rebalance, rehabilitate, and instill solutions-driven thinking.

By taking into account all factors and stressors associated with school-based anxiety, we establish critical functioning skills and an effective support network in order to create the confidence needed to re-enter school happily and successfully.

Trauma Resilience in High Risk Adolescents

We take a highly personalized and collaborative approach to rehabilitating the trauma, triggers, habits, and barriers of high risk behaviors in young adults. We create a safe space to overcome destructive tendencies and reprogram neural pathways with solutions-based thinking.
